Michelle Dettman

As a young woman, Michelle Dettman was greatly impacted by the difficulties she experienced in her own crisis pregnancy.  Inspired to help others, she started and built her own birth mom ministry and adoption company.  Later, when faced with her own fertility issues, she encountered her own miracle with the adoption of her second daughter.  Now the proud mom of  three,  Michelle is passionate about her calling to help others on their adoption journey.

As our director, Michelle is very hands on in leading our staff.  She is happily involved in communicating with our Birth Moms and Adoptive Parents and helping them through the adoption process.  As a Certified Life Coach, Michelle believes in helping others to define and live their dreams.

Michelle enjoys speaking nationally on adoption and motivating women to live confidently and with joy.  Michelle lives in California with her family.  Her favorite role is Mom to Arielle, Devony and Garrett.

Wendy Berry is much loved by everyone. Wendy has a natural way of communicating and relating with Birth Moms as she has had many years of motivating and teaching high school students. Wendy keeps the best needs of everyone she works with in mind. She is passionate about adoption and has felt a calling to work with Birth Moms and Adoptive Families through the adoption process. Wendy lives in Southern California with her husband Dave.

Alison & Todd

We are happy to have Alison Hutcheson as one of our California Adoption Coordinators.  Alison is currently an Elementary Special Education Teacher. Alison has a passion for adoption and feels a calling to make a stand for life.  She and her husband Todd are excited to be the new parents to their daughter, Grace.  They, too, adopted through Adoption Answer.  They reside in Southern California.  Please contact Alison at alison@adoptionanswer.com

Dayna Nyberg has been personally touched by adoption as she is an adoptee ~ lovingly adopted by her family.   She grew up feeling as though she was the “chosen child” ~ not the “adopted child”.  Although, her parents had four biological children of their own, she felt very loved and very wanted.  As she has first hand experience from the perspective of an adult who was adopted at birth, she adds a necessary depth of experience to those who may have questions on that topic. Dayna relates well with our Birth Moms and is a natural support system for our Adoptive Families.  She lives in Washington where she is actively involved with the youth in the community and feels happiest when her home is full of laughter and sounds of her two teen boys and their friends.

Ashlene & Chad with Baby Kai

Ashlene Williams is our East Coast Adoption Coordinator.  As Ashlene recently completed her own Adoption Answer journey in adopting her  adorable baby boy, she willingly and openly shares the truths of her experience.  Ashlene has an incredible sense of humor and a special way of balancing the reality of adoption with the hope that it takes to get you there.  She definitely has the capability of walking our Adoptive Families  successfully  through our adoption process.   We appreciate the gift of creativity that Ashlene brings to our staff.  She lives in North Carolina with her handsome husband, Chad and their son Kai.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Please contact Ashlene at ashlene@adoptionanswer.com
